Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Working one-on-one with customers to determine vehicle needs.
  • Staying knowledgeable on all vehicle features and accessories – including new arrivals.
  • Negotiating and writing sales agreements.
  • Creating sales leads through in-bound calls, walk-ins, internet prospects, etc.
  • Maintaining strong customer follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Introducing customers to service staff and service process.
  • Prospecting for new customer.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work closely with all other departments.
  • Ongoing training.

Qualifications

  •  Applicants must have the value of honesty and integrity. 
  • A current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required. 
  • This position requires the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
 
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
